What is your minimum order?

There is no minimum on DTF transfers. Screen printing is most cost-effective from 24 pieces, and embroidery from 12. We will tell you which method fits your quantity when we quote.

How long does an order take?

Most decorated orders ship in 7 to 10 business days after the mock-up is approved. Rush service is available and carries a 30% surcharge on the full decorated price.

What artwork do you need?

Accepted Answer

A vector file (AI, EPS or SVG) is ideal because it scales to any size. A high-resolution PNG or JPG also works for smaller prints — upload what you have and the system will tell you what it can be used for.

Can you match an exact colour?

Accepted Answer

We match as closely as the method allows. Screen printing hits spot colours very accurately; DTF and embroidery can vary slightly depending on the fabric and garment colour.

How does a school or company store work?

We build you a branded store with the products you choose, open it for a set window, then close it and produce every order together. Your organization keeps a share of each sale.

Question 6

Do you ship across Canada?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Individual orders ship to each buyer, or we can deliver the whole run to one address — tell us which when you place the order.

Question 7

What if I need to change an order after approving it?

Accepted Answer

Tell us as soon as possible. Once a job is in production changes may not be possible, and if they are they can carry a fee and push the delivery date.
